Pam Russell has a 26-year career working in the social service field during which time she has successfully served in various direct service, administrative, and fund development positions. Pam Russell, Executive Director
Pam Russell has a 26-year career working in the social service field during which time she has successfully served in various direct service, administrative, and fund development positions. Prior to joining the WACCS team, she has worked for the Committee to Aid Abused Women, United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra, and the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges. Her volunteer work includes membership on and former chair of the Nevada Women’s Lobby steering committee, Washoe County Cooperative Extension 4-H program, Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful, and as a former member of the Washoe County Social Services Advisory Board. Pam holds a B.A. in Sociology-Anthropology from William Smith College in Geneva, New York and a Master's in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco.
